Crimson Global Academy is NZ's first online high school and we need your help to take our expansion global! Our team is looking to bring on someone to support student engagement and succession. This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities.

What this role is responsible for

This Operations Associate role will be responsible for planning and executing on a number of operational challenges on a global scale.

These challenges include:

  1. Scaling our student support system: building a support system and ensuring student, parent, and teacher issues are solved rapidly in a manner that easily scales to 10,000+ students.
  2. Owning “student progress” and working with key academic leaders to build robust systems for identifying students of concern.
  3. Supporting extracurriculars/community building: we want to offer extracurriculars and create a community that traditional schools can’t rival. This will be a key driver of future growth and enrolments in the future.

There are two key goals for this role:

  1. Maximising student retention
  2. Maximising growth from our existing customer base

Like any role in a fast-growing business, the ability to execute and deliver results in one challenge can quickly lead to more responsibility in a variety of other areas.

What skills and experience you’ll need

Prior experience in customer success/customer service roles would be preferred.

  • Present superior written and oral communication skills
