Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US, Canada, UK, and beyond.

This is a full-time position, based in Singapore.

This role is responsible for ensuring effective local marketing initiatives through researching, designing, and executing marketing strategy across content creation, local partnership outreach, public relations, and more.

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

  • Successfully conveying marketing ideas into a strong action plan for local events, localised content, and other tailored initiatives to drive quality leads into consultations with the local sales team.
  • Creating compelling copywriting for social media posts, EDM, collateral, and other related publications based on a deep understanding of user persona and pain points.
  • Organising and supporting the end-to-end planning and executions of webinars and other related events
  • Growing the leads and conversion from all channels (Events, PR, FB, Content, Emails, PR, SEO & more) by monitoring the weekly/monthly progress report, customer behaviour, and user experience.
  • Manage and grow Crimson’s following on organic social media channels and email subscriptions
  • Spearheading partnership strategies aligned to overall business goals.
  • Working collaboratively with local, regional, and HQ sales and marketing colleagues, and external vendors/stakeholders, to ensure quality deliverables.

What skills and experience are required?

  • 2+ years of marketing and/or industry experience
  • Creative thinking and project management skills - You love exploring new ideas and can see a project through from start to finish on time
  • Impeccable communications and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Singaporean market and local marketing scene
  • Event management experience
  • High learning agility and growth mindset – comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Knowledge of the US/UK university admission process will be an advantage
