Since 2013, we have rapidly grown a mission-driven team that is dedicated to building the education system for the 22nd century. Our network includes 2,400 tutors and consultants worldwide who work with over 20,000 students.
This is a full-time position, based in Taiwan. The normal working time is Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am - 7 pm.
The purpose of this role is responsible for strategizing and executing a wide range of marketing campaigns, developing strategic partnerships and communications initiatives through content creation and localization, local partnership outreach, and strategic planning - for both Crimson Education, and Crimson Global Academy.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Event and Webinar Management:
Manage and support end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of in person events and webinar
Create local ads through online content, landing pages, social posts, ads, and EDMs to promote local events and webinars.
Generate marketing ideas and own marketing initiatives. Driving quality leads to consultations with the local sales team
Development of Taiwan-based video content to better communicate with the local market and increase the quality of MQLs. Video-based content to include Taiwanese students interviews, case study profiles, as well as video promotion of Crimson services.
Localize global campaigns and other marketing materials into English and Mandarin to suit Taiwan Market tastes.
Manage and grow Crimson’s following on organic social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LINE, Email, and others.
Work closely with HQ and regional sales and marketing teams to create impactful and effective offline and online campaigns (including digital marketing ads to promote our webinars, events and services, creating local messaging and content assets that successfully engage and convert targeted prospects).
Generating organic PR and mandarin blogs
Alongside local marketing and sales, monitor leads and conversion from marketing across all channels (events, PR, social, owned media content, emails, SEO, and more) with weekly/monthly progress reporting, customer behavior, and user experience.
What skills and experience are required?
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ideally in the field of marketing, business, PR, communications, journalism or English.
2+ years of prior experience in areas of integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, PR, copywriting or branding.
Experience with Business Development, Partnership Acquisition and Management
Strong storytelling skill and ability to connect emotionally with target prospects.
Basic understanding of how paid digital advertising works on Google, Facebook and other social media platforms.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin and ability to speak these languages idiomatically—strong command of writing in both English and Chinese is required.
Knowledge of Taiwan local marketing channels and partnership organizations for pursuing higher education overseas.
Understanding of the US/UK undergraduate application process and the Taiwan Education landscape.
