New Zealand-based Edutech company Crimson Education was founded in 2013 from the idea that through personalised education, we can transform students into the world leaders of tomorrow. Since then, we have rapidly grown a mission-driven team who are dedicated to building the education system for the 22nd century. Our network includes 2,400 tutors and consultants worldwide who work with over 20,000 students.

Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US, Canada, UK and beyond.

You might be the person we are looking for if you:

What success looks like

  • Crimson is successful when our students are successful
  • Be actively involved in testing our systems; design and develop manual and automated test suites for Crimson’s products in the cloud, and on mobile.
  • Working with Product Managers and other Stakeholders to tell a clear story about the value your work delivers, or will deliver.
  • Give good estimates, keep Product Owners and Scrum Masters updated, and deliver when you said you would.
  • Communicate well with your teammates and the rest of the company.
  • Create documentation and other assets to communicate about our systems and processes, knowledge is not power unless it is shared.
  • Helping make sure the product we build is a delight for our users
  • Follow development, testing and continuous-deployment processes, so that every release goes smoothly.
  • Monitor the health and performance of Crimson products.
