We are looking for an outstanding organiser who wants to make a direct impact on the success of our online high school.

CGA is an online school that now has over 500+ students spread over 25+ countries and is growing rapidly.

This Administration Manager role will be responsible for planning and executing on a number of challenges on a global scale as we grow, with a focus on maintaining quality.

These challenges include:

  • Student attendance
  • Growing our administration capabilities
  • Exam coordination
  • Community and communication

You will play a pivotal role in scaling our school to be a world-leading education institution.

What skills and experience you’ll need:

Prior experience in administration roles would be preferred.

The ideal candidate would be able to:

  • Operate comfortably with data, Microsoft Excel, and other systems such as G-Suite. This role will require the candidate to learn a number of other pieces of software quickly.
  • Execute quickly and think globally

  • Present superior written and oral communication skills
