Since its launch in the USA five years ago, the company has established a reputation for it’s high quality service, extensive college admissions knowledge, dedicated staff, high student success rate, and unique model of personalized application support. The USA is a key driver for our success and continues to grow year upon year.
As such, we are looking for a full-time Marketing Executive to further grow our brand, reach and position in the United States. The purpose of this role is to manage, ideate, strategise, plan, execute, grow and report on all of Crimson USA’s marketing initiatives; from webinars, to asset creation, email marketing, social media creation, partnerships and both paid and organic lead acquisition.
This is a full-time, remote role.
What this role is responsible for:
Strategizing, managing, and supporting the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of USA marketing and advertising campaigns - increasing lead volume and conversions
Driving brand awareness of Crimson’s personalized education and mentoring services and products through cross-channel campaigns and initiatives
Planning and running local and virtual events to increase brand awareness for Crimson - an estimated 1-2 evening events per week (flexible schedule)
Ideating and executing digital marketing strategies to promote local events
Creating (blogs, ebooks, articles, ad creatives, case studies, webinar content) opportunities and resources for students. and making sure social channels are updated daily.
Managing USA social media strategy and making sure social channels are updated daily.
Identifying mutually beneficial marketing opportunities with potential partners
Creation and implementation of marketing collateral to create a positive customer experience and increase conversions
Monitor leads and conversion from marketing across all channels (Events, PR, FB, Content, Emails, PR, SEO & more) with weekly/monthly progress reports. Work closely with the digital marketing team to tailor online content, landing pages, social posts, and ads to promote local events and initiatives.
Working closely with the Country Manager and Academic Advisor teams, building a marketing calendar that results in market growth and an optimal customer experience
Identifying and forming relevant partnerships
What success looks like:
Drive brand awareness of Crimson’s personalized education and mentoring services and products across the U.S.
Assist in communicating Crimson’s unique offerings in all marketing materials and events
Create content for the U.S. market across different offline platforms
Work closely with the digital marketing team to tailor online content, landing pages, social posts, ads, and EDMs to promote local events and initiatives to drive higher attendance from potential customers and engagement to grow the Crimson community
Monitor leads and conversion from digital, LAM marketing, and advertising campaigns with regular analysis and reporting on trends, customer behavior, and user experience - showing market growth under your watch
Track and analyze the quality of leads and ROI of initiatives and activities to establish the most effective uses of capital to generate strong leads
Monitor consumer and industry trends, and competitor landscape
Provide support for public relations campaigns, press release launch, and media relations
Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience in marketing ideally but not necessarily in education or a similar field
A proven track record of revenue acquisition through marketing strategy and execution
Knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Storyblok, Google Analytics, etc desired but not a must-have
Experience in social media marketing including Facebook, IG, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and more
Knowledge of the college admission industry desired but not a must-have
Bachelor’s degree or higher ideally in the area of marketing or communications
