New Zealand-based EdTech company Crimson Education was founded in 2013 from the idea that through personalised education, we can transform students into the world’s leaders of tomorrow. What success looks like
- Crimson is successful when our students are successful
- Be actively involved in testing our systems; design and develop manual and automated test suites for Crimson’s products in the cloud, and on mobile.
- Working with Product Managers and other Stakeholders to tell a clear story about the value your work delivers, or will deliver.
- Give good estimates, keep Product Owners and Scrum Masters updated, and deliver when you said you would.
- Communicate well with your teammates and the rest of the company.
- Create documentation and other assets to communicate about our systems and processes, knowledge is not power unless it is shared.
- Helping make sure the product we build is a delight for our users
- Follow development, testing and continuous-deployment processes, so that every release goes smoothly.
- Monitor the health and performance of Crimson products.
