Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US, Canada, UK, and beyond.

This is a full-time position, based remotely. Normal working hours are flexible. The role is results-oriented and you would set your own hours in order to meet the ambitious goals of the position.

The purpose of this role is to increase our revenue across a variety of Crimson programs, through the following responsibilities:

  • Running business health analytics to diagnose problems as they arise across all aspects of Crimson’s tutoring operations
  • Working closely with the Product and Service Development teams to assist with spinning up and launching new products across Crimson’s 25+ markets
  • Regularly modeling, monitoring, and reporting on the commercial impact and status of internal projects
  • Collaborating with sales leaders to analyze expansion opportunities and identify the best possible routes to pursue growth
  • Rigorously studying competitors and potential M&A acquisition targets; tracking key business analysis
  • Regularly modeling, monitoring, and reporting on the impact and status of internal projects as well as the vital signs of the product as it develops
  • Achieving agreed-upon enrolment targets and outcomes, including key leading indicators and metrics, such as sales cycle times, conversion rates, package value/lifetime customer value, forecast precision.
  • Ensure feedback from sales and marketing teams are captured, communicated, and actioned to improve sales operations
  • Provide training and support to sales teams that make an impact on key metrics, including creating and updating training collateral.
  • Other tasks as needed by Service & Tutoring leadership team
